Who We Are
We are the League of United Latin American Citizens. We are affiliated with LULAC National. Our own story in Davenport, Iowa began in February of 1959. Of 427 current local councils in the United States, Davenport’s Council 10 is the largest in terms of membership.
Mission Statement
Our mission is simple. We want to advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health, and civil rights of the Hispanic population of the United States.
