About Our Youth Council

The LULAC Council 10 Youth Council has been nurturing young Latino leaders in the Quad Cities area for decades. Our program combines leadership development, civic engagement, and academic support to prepare youth for success in college and beyond.

Through mentorship from adult LULAC members and hands-on community service projects, our youth council members develop confidence, cultural pride, and a commitment to serving their community. Many of our alumni have gone on to successful careers while maintaining their connection to LULAC's mission.
